According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.03.2005 N 179 "About ordering of structure of the office of the central executive bodies, their territorial subdivisions and local public administrations", the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine for nationalities and religions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.02.2007 N 201 (with changes) and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of activities of bodies of migratory service in structure of the State Committee on Ethnic Matters and religions, I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on management (department, the sector) of migratory service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol which are applied.

2. Declare invalid Goskomnatsmigration's order of 27.07.2004 N 36 "About measures for creation of bodies of migratory service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.08.2004 for N 1067/9666.

3. Submit to legal management on state registration to the Ministries of Justice of Ukraine this order.

4. To the deputy director to department head of department of ensuring activities of bodies of migratory service and temporary accommodation centers of refugees of Department for refugees and shelter to Melnik P. M. to bring the order to permission of heads of managements (departments, sectors) of migratory service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
