1. Form the National agency of Ukraine on foreign investments and development.
2. Approve Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine on foreign investments and development which is applied.
3. Transfer the Ukrainian center of assistance to foreign investment into the sphere of management of the National agency for foreign investments and development.
4. Place the National agency on foreign investments and development in the house in Ulitsa Saksaganskogo, 1a, mind. Kiev under lease in rooms of the fourth floor the working area of 202,6 of sq.m and the fifth floor (the right wing) with a working area of 250 sq.m.
To conclude SAC "Bread of Ukraine" with the National agency on foreign investments and development the lease agreement of the specified rooms on the terms of compensation of the Company of the actual expenses connected with their content.
5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
6. Recognize invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 31, 2006 N 771 "About transfer of the Ukrainian center of assistance to foreign investment into the sphere of management of the State agency on investments and innovations" (the Of¸ts¸yny v¸snik of the Uke, 2006, N 22, the Art. 1650) and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 16, 2008 N 80 "About placement of the National agency concerning preparation and carrying out in Ukraine final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer".
