1. Approve the Provision, structure of republican Coordinating committee of assistance of employment of the population and the Rule of creation and the organization of activities of local coordinating committees of assistance of employment of the population (appendices 1, 2, 3).

2. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas on the basis of these Rules in two-month time to approve Regulations on local coordinating committees of assistance of employment of the population, to determine staff of committees and to organize their practical activities.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan methodical management of activities of coordinating committees of assistance of employment of the population at the regional level.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 31, 2004, No. 133 "About the Procedure for the organization of activities of coordinating committees of assistance of employment of the population".
