About creation of the National center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and for the purpose of enhancement of the legislation and increase in efficiency of law-making activities I decide:

1. Create the National center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Approve the enclosed Provision and Structure of the National center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1 and 2).

3. Establish the total number of employees of the National center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 43 units (without service personnel).

4. The national center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is financed by the republican budget.

5. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide allocation of assignments and other material logistics of the National center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- in two-month time to bring regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan into accord with this Decree and to take measures for its realization;

- allocate to the National center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan the room necessary for its placement.
