For the purpose of increase in efficiency of customs control of goods and vehicles and based on the Temporary technological scheme of information exchange of data on the goods and vehicles moved through customs border between the Russian Federation and Ukraine approved by the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 14.10.2002 N 1094 "About approval of the Temporary technological scheme of information exchange about the goods and vehicles moved through border between the Russian Federation and Ukraine" I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use by customs authorities of additional data on the goods and vehicles moved through customs border between the Russian Federation and Ukraine (further - Rules).

2. To chiefs of regional customs authorities and customs, directly subordinate State Customs Committees of Russia to provide:

- decision making by officials of subordinate customs authorities (structural divisions of customs authorities) about the beginning (completion) of the procedure of the goods delivery under customs control only after carrying out reconciliation of data on gross weight, invoice cost, commodity code according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of Russia and (or) one of the national commodity (commodity and statistical) nomenclatures of foreign economic activity which are based on the Harmonized commodity description and coding system, and also the contract price currency code (further - controlled indicators) containing in commodity transport, shipping documents and the electronic notification on the direction of goods and vehicles with the controlled indicators provided by customs authorities of Ukraine and which arrived from centralized information resource of the Single automated information system of the State Customs Committee of Russia (далееЦИР EAIS of the State Customs Committee of Russia) (in case of their availability);
