Regulations on features of legal regulation of customs regime of temporary import (export) applied to vehicles

1. Vehicles move through customs border of the Russian Federation according to customs regime of temporary import (export), certain customs legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the features provided by this Provision.

2. Temporary import on customs area of the Russian Federation of vehicles with full relief from taxation by customs duties and taxes is allowed in case of observance of the following conditions:

a) vehicles, including empty, are used for international carriages of passengers and goods (for paid international delivery of passengers or for paid or free international commercial or industrial transportation of goods);

b) vehicles are registered in the territory of foreign state addressed to the foreign person, are imported and used by the foreign person, except for trail cars, semitrailer trucks, rail cars and containers which can be imported and used by the Russian person for unloading of goods in the territory of the Russian Federation or loadings of goods for the purpose of their immediate export from the territory of the Russian Federation;
