a) application from 01.03.2007 Technology when implementing by customs authorities according to established procedure of accounting and registration of the vehicles registered in foreign states and which are temporarily imported by physical persons for private use on customs area of the Russian Federation in process of equipment of customs authorities the corresponding information technical means;

b) the direction of electronic copies of the registered certificates of import of vehicles in the GNIVTSA Central database of FCS of Russia no later than the next working day after their registration.
