2) Rules of subsidizing of cost of universal services of telecommunications.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1369 "About approval of the list of universal services of telecommunications and the Plan of rebalancing of rates for universal services of telecommunications" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 50, the Art. 630);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2008 No. 645 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1369" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 31, the Art. 329);
3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 7, 2004 No. 1039 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of cost of universal services of telecommunications for compensation of losses to the telecom operators rendering universal services of telecommunications to the population" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 37, the Art. 492).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
