About approval of the Instruction about features of control of customs value of the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus by official sales representatives of producers
Based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 1993 "About the Customs tariff" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 1997 and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of control by customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus of the declared customs value of the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about features of control of customs value of the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus by official sales representatives of producers (further - the Instruction).
2. To provide to management of tariff regulation and customs payments in process of receipt of data from producers in coordination with management on fight against smuggling and administrative customs offenses and customs inspection their consideration and the direction in customs authorities of information about official sales representatives of producers according to the Instruction.
3. Control of customs value of goods which customs clearance was made according to the Instruction is carried out by customs inspection together with management of tariff regulation and customs payments and management on fight against smuggling and administrative customs offenses.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus Grinev N. T.
