1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on goods distribution network of domestic manufacturers abroad;

the qualifier of delivery types of the goods which are subject to accounting when implementing export transactions.

2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom:

annually till December 15 to provide development, approval of the Ministry of Trade and approval of industry and territorial actions for development, optimization and increase in efficiency of functioning of goods distribution network of subordinates (which are part) the organizations abroad;

if necessary to develop and approve regulations on goods distribution network of subordinates (which are part) the organizations;

annually till February 15 to represent to the Ministry of Trade analytical note about the taken measures for development abroad to goods distribution network of subordinates (which are part) the organizations and to increase in efficiency of this work in the accounting period;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and take other measures directed to its realization.

3. To the State Customs Committee to make changes to procedure for filling of cargo customs and statistical declarations for the purpose of providing since January 1, 2007 the statistical recording of commodity export according to the qualifier approved by this resolution.
