According to article 9 of the Federal law "About Counteraction of Legalization (Washing) of Income Gained in the Criminal Way and to Terrorism Financing" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed Regulations on provision of information and documents to Federal Service for Financial Monitoring by public authorities of the Russian Federation, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies.

Regulations on provision of information and documents to Federal Service for Financial Monitoring public authorities of the Russian Federation, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies

1. This Provision determines procedure for provision by public authorities of the Russian Federation, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation (further hereinafter are referred to as - public authorities) and local government bodies to Federal Service for Financial Monitoring (further hereinafter is referred to as - Service) information and the documents necessary for implementation of its functions (except for information on private life of citizens).

Central Bank of the Russian Federation provides to Service necessary information and documents in the procedure approved with Service.
