1. Approve the List of objects of house situation and the use, clothes and other objects necessary for normal zhizneobespechennost of the debtor and his family on which collection according to executive documents cannot be turned (further - the List), according to appendix.

2. Determine that collection on the objects included in the List and which are pledge subject can be turned according to executive documents on debt collection, provided with the specified pledged property.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.

Collection according to executive documents cannot be turned on the following types of property and objects belonging to the debtor - to physical person on the property right or being its share in common property:

1. At persons whose major activity is the agricultural industry:

a) the single cow, in the absence of cow - the single telka, in the farms which do not have neither cow, nor telka, the single goat, sheep or pig, and also poultry (dunghill hens, ducks, geese, turkeys and guinea fowls);
