About temporary establishment of rates of import customs duties on goods

For the purpose of implementation of measures of customs and tariff regulation, the domestic producers directed to support:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties on the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus, term:

for 9 months according to appendix 1;

for 6 months according to appendix 2.

2. The rates of import customs duties established according to Item 1 of this Decree do not extend to the goods coming from the countries of the European Union, the Republic of Turkey, the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein, listed in appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2008 No. 68 "About establishment of rates of customs duties on the Republic of Belarus imported on customs area textile products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 40, 1/9431).

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
