1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 14.04.2015 No. 234

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses on transfer of foreign currency out of limits of Ukraine for payment of bank metals and carrying out separate currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 266, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 16.07.2004 for No. 897/9496 (with changes), such changes:

2.1. To exclude Item 1.8 of Chapter 1.

With respect thereto Items 1.9 - 1.11 to consider respectively Items 1.8 - 1.10.

2.2. To state the subitem "g" of Item 2.3 of Chapter 2 in such edition:
