provides to National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (further - National Bank), to banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations (further - subjects of bank legal relationship) limited data on the checked physical persons from the databanks which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to appendix 1 to this resolution by remote access to hardware and software system with use of the equipment of settlement center of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the software of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
