Based on subitem 6.1 of Item 6 and part one of Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the credits issued by banks of the Republic of Belarus, No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 359, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for filling of the form of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Determine form:
statements for provision of a guarantee for the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that:
3.1. banks represent to the Ministry of Finance to the 10th day of the next month of the data on the amounts of the means in month collected according to Item 12 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the credits issued by banks of the Republic of Belarus in the form established by the Ministry of Finance;
3.2. guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the credits issued by banks of the Republic of Belarus:
drawn up before entry into force of this resolution, are not subject to renewal in the form determined by this resolution;
are subject to return to the Ministry of Finance to 10-day term from the date of decision making about their response.
