About measures for strengthening of departmental control in the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of improvement of control and auditing work in the ministries and other republican state bodies, the state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs I decide:

1. Determine that:

the ministries, other republican state bodies, the state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs (if other is not determined, further - state bodies) exercise control of financial and economic activities of all subordinates or the organizations of the state pattern of ownership which are their part, and also from shares of state-owned property;

all divisions and services of state bodies taking into account specifics of the tasks assigned to them take part in implementation of functions of departmental control;

audits (check) of financial and economic organization activity, subordinated to state bodies or being their part, under resolutions (the written addresses) of law enforcement agencies are carried out by departmental control and auditing services of these bodies;

audits (check) of financial and economic organization activity, subordinated to state bodies or being their part, not having own control and auditing service, and also other legal entities, except called in paragraph four of this Item, and individual entrepreneurs under resolutions (the written addresses) of law enforcement agencies are carried out by the Head control and auditing department of the Ministry of Finance and its bodies on places;

under the ministries, other republican state bodies, the state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus the organizations exercising departmental control can be created with the consent of the President of the Republic of Belarus;
