About departmental control in the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of departmental control in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed list of state bodies and other state organizations, republican state public associations, their structural divisions (the subordinate organizations) exercising departmental control (further - the list).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the state bodies and other state organizations, republican state public associations, structural divisions of these state bodies and associations subordinated to these bodies and associations of the organization, included in the list (further - monitoring bodies), perform according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 No. 510 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 253, 1/11062), taking into account requirements of this Decree within the powers and in the cases determined by acts of the legislation control of compliance to requirements of the legislation of the activities performed by subordinates or the organizations which are their part (system), including their separate divisions having accounting number of the payer (further - departmental control);

2.2. for implementation of departmental control in monitoring bodies structural divisions with the right of the legal entity or without the right of the legal entity (daleevedomstvenny control services) can be created;
