About approval of document forms for provision of non-interest loans

In pursuance of Item 12 of the Procedure for provision in 2009 I ORDER to local executive bodies and local government bodies of non-interest loans and their repayment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 25, 2009 N 157,:

1. Approve those which are applied:

form of the standard agreement of provision of non-interest loan;

the application form on receipt of non-interest loan;

form of the register of the amounts of non-interest loans by local budgets;

order form to the State Treasury of Ukraine on provision of non-interest loan.

2. To the State Treasury of Ukraine (Slyuz T. Ya.) bring this order to permission of head departments of the State Treasury in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. (Karp G. V.) to provide to department of local budgets:

bringing this order to permission of the Ministry of Finance of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head financial departments of Regional public administrations, Head financial management of executive body of the Kiev city council (Kiev city public administration), financial management of the Sevastopol city public administration;

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

5. This order becomes effective in 10 days after state registration.
