About approval of Rules of the organization of system of the state accounting and control of turnover of sources of ionizing radiation

For the purpose of implementation of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About radiation safety", article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About waste" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Rules of the organization of system of the state accounting and control of turnover of sources of ionizing radiation according to appendix.

2. The state inspection Sanoatkontekhnazorat in three-months time to develop and to bring in accordance with the established procedure in the Cabinet of Ministers for approval of regulations on procedure for the state accounting and control of turnover of radioactive materials and radioactive waste, and also behind turnover of nuclear materials, having provided determination of criteria of statement of sources of ionizing radiation on the state accounting and control and categories of sources of ionizing radiation on their potential radiation hazard.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, bodies of the public and economic board:

in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with requirements of this resolution;

take necessary measures for observance by the legal, including subordinated organizations, and physical persons of requirements of these rules.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shaismatov E. R.
