1. Approve Regulations on the simplified mode of entrance, departure, stay and labor hiring of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the free industrial and economic zone "Navoiy" according to appendix.
2. Determine that issue and prolongation of effective period of entry visas and departure, temporary registration in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also permissions to attraction of foreign labor power and confirmation to the right of labor activity to participants of economic activity in the territory of the free industrial and economic zone "Navoiy" is performed without collection of the state fee and other payments.
3. To the Uzbek communication agency and informatization according to requests of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in accordance with the established procedure, the relevant division in the territory of the free industrial economic zone "Navoiy" with necessary communication channels and their smooth operation.
4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.
