5. Directorates of special economic zones and small industrial zones perform the tasks and functions established by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About special economic zones".

The state unitary enterprise "Directorate of the free economic zone Hazarasp to the address: Khorezm region, city of Urgench, Ulitsa Al-Horezmi, 23.

To provide to khokimiyats of the Samarkand, Bukhara, Fergana and Khorezm regions Directorates with service premises to the specified addresses on the right of free use.

8. - to the chairman of the board of JSC Uzavtosanoat U. U. Rozukulov, the deputy prime minister - the minister of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. T. Mirzayev to provide to deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and G. I. Ibragimov, the deputy prime minister efficient control of efficiency of the organization of activities of free economic zones "Urgut", Gizhduvan, Kokand and Hazarasp according to requirements of this resolution.

9. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 10.

10. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 11.

11. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov, deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and G. I. Ibragimov, the deputy prime minister - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzavtosanoat U. U. Rozukulov, the deputy prime minister - the minister of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. T. Mirzayev.

a) the parcel of land in array of "Mergancha" (except for settlements of makhalinsky descent of citizens of Bogishamol), limited:

from North side - high-voltage air-line of the Southern western highway of electric utility service of 500 kV;

from East side - the highway 4R-246 "Samarkand-Urgut";

from West side - the projectible highway based on the master plan of the city of Urguta;

from South side - the highway 4R-47 Koratepa-Urgut;

b) the parcel of land in array of "Mergancha", limited:

from North side - high-voltage air-line of 220 kV;

from East side - the projectible highway based on the master plan of the city of Urguta;

from West side - the parcel of land of farm "Akramov Zuvay Fattoyevich";

from South side - the settlement of makhalinsky descent of citizens of "Mergancha";
