In this Concept the main objectives and tasks directed to forming, preserving, reproduction and rational use of fish and other water biological resources of fishery reservoirs, development of fishing and fish processing industry, commodity fish breeding taking into account application of the latest methods and modern technologies in the field of development of fishery in world practice are formulated.
Kazakhstan has rich fishery water fund and favorable conditions for intensive development of fish breeding and fishery.
