Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2000 No. 43 "About approval of the List of positions of the military personnel of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on emergency situations and employees of the Public fire service which in accordance with the established procedure gives the special rank, having the right to monetary compensation to content of the dwelling and utilities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 1, the Art. 14).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
