2. To the Ministry of Finance when forming the republican budget for the next financial year to provide in accordance with the established procedure funds for payment of manufacturing cost of examinations (researches) appointed by bodies of the State Control Committee (their officials) and costs of samples for these examinations (researches).
3. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
