Based on part two of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2025 "About increase in efficiency of control (supervising) activities" and parts two of Item 62 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and the conducting checks approved by this Decree the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 227
2. To the Ministry of Finance when forming the republican budget for the next financial year to provide in accordance with the established procedure funds for payment of cost of the costs connected with carrying out researches, testing, the examinations appointed by the controlling (supervising) bodies, involvement of experts, specialists, sampling and it is model.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2009 No. 553 "About payment procedure of manufacturing cost of examinations (researches) appointed in accordance with the established procedure by bodies of the State Control Committee (their officials) and the cost of samples for these examinations (researches)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 109, 5/29686).
4. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
