Declare invalid Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2001 No. 1799 "About formation of the National commission of Belarus on radiation protection under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 1, 5/9610).
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 15, 2009.
