About approval of the Regulations on provision of import permits from abroad to Ukraine of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices
According to Articles 14, of 16, "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine SOLVED 29 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Regulations on provision of import permits from abroad to Ukraine of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices which is applied.
2. Determine that till 30.06.2009 inclusive import permits by the authorized deliveries of terminals from abroad are issued by the Ukrainian state center of radio frequencies irrespective of availability of their designation by protective mark.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of licensing and radio frequencies and Legal management submissions of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
