About optimization of system of the trade missions of the Russian Federation in foreign states

According to the Federal Law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and for the purpose of ensuring the external economic interests of the Russian Federation in foreign states the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve:

The regulations on the Trade mission of the Russian Federation in foreign state (are applied);

the list of foreign states in which the trade missions of the Russian Federation, with indication of the cities of arrangement of departments of the trade missions of the Russian Federation in these states (in the presence) according to appendix are founded.

2. To provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Russian Federation till November 1, 2005 holding organizational and regular actions for liquidation of the trade missions of the Russian Federation and devices of commercial counselors of Embassies of the Russian Federation in the foreign states provided by appendix to this resolution, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation on organization in 2005 - 2006 of department of the Trade mission of the Russian Federation in the Federal Republic of Germany in Bonn and departments of the Trade mission of the Russian Federation in People's Republic of China in Shanghai.

4. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to notify competent authorities of foreign states on transformation of devices of commercial counselors of Embassies of the Russian Federation, preserving, organization and liquidation of the trade missions of the Russian Federation in these states according to this resolution and to hold the corresponding negotiations with the specified bodies.
