1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue and accounting of absentee ballots on the vote right.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 25, 2007 No. 90/171 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for production and issue of absentee ballots on the vote right" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4779).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
