In pursuance of Item 7 of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 22, 2009 "About additional measures for improvement of improvement of settlements of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1045:
1. Approve offers of the Uzkommunkhizmat Agency, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on introduction since January 1, 2010 of the Industry scale of charges on the compensation of employees of city and district managements of improvement providing wages increase of workers on average in time 1,25.
2. Enact since January 1, 2010 the Industry scale of charges on compensation of employees of city and district managements of improvement according to appendix No. 1.
3. Approve Regulations on payment procedure of work and material stimulation of employees of city and district managements of improvement according to appendix No. 2.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, since 2010, when forming parameters of the budget to provide expenses, on the salary of workers of improvement proceeding from the Industry scale of charges on compensation of employees of city and district managements of improvement.
5. To the Uzkommunkhizmat agency together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.
To the ministries and departments to bring earlier adopted regulatory legal acts into week time compliance with this resolution.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hanov N. M.
