In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 2, 2008 the Cabinet of Ministers decides N UP-4059 "About Creation of Free Industrial and Economic Zone in the Navoiy Region":
1. Approve:
Regulations on particular customs regime in the territory of the free industrial and economic zone "Navoiy" according to the appendix N 1;
Regulations on procedure for providing particular tax regime in the territory of the free industrial and economic zone "Navoiy" according to the appendix N 2.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
