For the purpose of accomplishment of the Law on quality in construction No. 721-XIII of February 2, 1996. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, the Art. 259), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on professional certification of the specialists performing activities in construction according to appendix.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 361 of June 25, 1996. "About quality assurance of construction" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 52-53, of the Art. 439) to make the following changes:

state Item 1 in the following edition: "Approve Regulations on verification of projects and production of construction works, technical expertize of projects and building constructions according to appendix";

to exclude item 4 and appendix No. 2.
