About approval of Technical regulations for distribution networks of natural gas
Being effective according to provisions of Article 5 of the paragraph (1) and Article 7 f) the Law on gas No. 136 of 17.09.98 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1998, No. 111-113 of the Art. 679), for the purpose of establishment and promotion of rules and requirements of technical nature for reliable, steady and cost-efficient work of gas distribution networks the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve the Technical regulations for gas distribution networks stated in annex as resolution component.
2. Owners of licenses for distribution of natural gas in the course of the activities shall submit to rules and the established requirements of the Technical regulations specified in Item 1.
3. To impose control of observance of this resolution on management of regulation and licensing.
