1. These rules of suspension of account transactions on cash desk of the payer are developed according to item 4 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2003 "About compulsory social insurance" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for suspension of account transactions by cash desk of the payer in case of formation of debt on social assignments.
2. In case of formation of debt on social assignments tax authorities send to the payer the notification on provision to tax authority of participant lists of system of compulsory social insurance. The form of the notification is established by the authorized state body performing management in the field of ensuring receipts of taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (further - authorized body).
