According to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory the national pension insurance" and Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 of N 1261, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance by banks in accomplishment of settlement documents on salary payment which is applied.

2. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) give the specified Procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of Koronevsky V. M.

Procedure for acceptance by banks in accomplishment of settlement documents on salary payment

1. This Procedure developed in pursuance of provisions of part twelve of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (further - the Law), regulates the mechanism of acceptance by banks in accomplishment of settlement documents on issue (transfer) of means for salary payment on which according to the Law contributions on obligatory national pension insurance are assessed (further - insurance premiums).
