Charge Administration of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic and recommend to Council of the Seal of Azerbaijan to prepare and provide in a month to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on candidates for membership to Council of observers of Fund of the state support of development of mass media for the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
5. Charge to the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide state registration of Fund of the state support of development of mass media for the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in fifteen-day time
