About criteria of mass release of workers

Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. mass release of workers termination by the employer with workers of the employment contracts signed sine die and also terminal employment contracts before the expiration of their action in cases of liquidation of the organization, reducing number or staff of workers by the criteria specified in subitems 1.2 and 1.3 of this Item is considered;

1.2. mass release of workers in the organization is determined in cases:

liquidations of the organization with payroll number of workers of 25 people and more;

if the number of the released workers when reducing number or staff of workers is determined by parameters according to appendix 1;

1.3. mass release of workers in administrative and territorial units is determined by parameters according to appendix 2.
