ABOUT THE PROCEDURE FOR OPENING AND ACTIVITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES OF THE FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for opening and activities in the Republic of Belarus of representative offices of the foreign organizations.
2. Determine that:

2.3. legal entities of the State Parties of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of investing activities signed in by Ashgabade on December 24, 1993 for implementation of activities in the Republic of Belarus shall register in the territory of the Republic of Belarus the company with the rights of the legal entity in executive committee on the location of such company or representation by accreditation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
to branches of legal entities of the State Parties of the specified Agreement, to the publication of this resolution which got in executive committee permission to placement in the territory of the Republic of Belarus without registration for its territories of the company with the rights of the legal entity or without accreditation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of representation of the foreign legal entity till August 1, 1998 to be registered by executive committee on the location as the company with the rights of the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as representation;
activities of legal entities of the State Parties of this Agreement in other forms of business in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are forbidden.
