1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.05.2018 No. 408
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022 No. 175
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements according to appendix.
4. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month and to take other measures for its realization.
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
Operation of this resolution does not extend to the ministerial procedures on issue (prolongation of effective period) of permissions to opening of representative offices of the foreign organizations in the Republic of Belarus begun before entry into force of this resolution. Such ministerial procedures are performed according to the legislation existing before entry into force of this resolution.
