About approval of some regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the Highest Certifying Commission in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring activities of the Highest Certifying Commission in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on the Highest Certifying Commission in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic (it is applied - Appendix I).

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for assignment of academic degrees and academic statuses (it is applied - Appendix II).

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

* in a month to approve expense budget and number of workers of the Highest Certifying Commission in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, to resolve the logistics issues connected with ensuring its activities;

* resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. The highest Certifying Commission in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to take necessary measures for creation of the activities according to the Provisions approved by this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
