1. Approve:

1) the Instruction about procedure for determination and assignment of cool qualification to the staff of Department of Internal Affairs (further - the Instruction) (appendix 1);

2) the List of positions of Department of Internal Affairs on specializations (appendix 2);

3) Standard regulations on the Qualification commission of Department of Internal Affairs (appendix 3).

2. To chairmen of committees, chiefs of departments and other structural divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry of Internal Affairs), departments of internal affairs of areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty and on transport (further - DVD(T)), departments of criminal executive system of areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Almaty region (further - DUIS), the departmental organizations of formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide and organize studying by staff of the Instruction and accomplishment of its requirements.
