3. To department of administrative and legal work (Moldagasimova A. B.) direct this order after its state registration to official publication in mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Birtanov E. A.
5. This order becomes effective after 21 calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
