For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 4, 2008 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 792:

1. Approve "Vehicle compliance procedure for test to technical, operational, ecological requirements and safety requirements in case of issue of the licensed card on this vehicle for transportation of passengers and loads, and also once in quarter after issue of the licensed card, and conducting this check" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
