Declare invalid the resolution of Gosarkhitektstroy of August 19, 2003 N 5 "About the organization of monitoring of accomplishment of agreement obligations, concluded by results of the competitive biddings" (reg. N 1274, on September 23, 2003 - the Bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, N 17-18).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
