About some measures for enhancement of preparation, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of management

For the purpose of improvement of quality of preparation, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of management:

1. Determine that:

1.1. forming of system of life-long education of the managerial personnel, the faces included in reserves of the managerial personnel, government employees, the other persons studying in Academy of management in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (further - personnel in the field of management), is performed by Academy of management in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (daleeakademiya of management) on the basis of combination of preparation, retraining, advanced training and self-education;

1.2. preparation, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of management are conducted by Academy of management taking into account priorities of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus, tasks and functions of state bodies and other state organizations and qualification requirements to the corresponding positions;

1.3. state bodies and other state organizations:

1.3.1. will organize passing of advanced training of the managerial personnel from among the workers at least once in three years, and the workers organizing ideological work - at least once a year;

1.3.2. render assistance to Academy of management in the organization and carrying out the practician, training of students in it, and also pedagogical and scientists of Academy of management;

1.3.3. organize self-education of the managerial personnel, the faces included in reserves of the managerial personnel taking into account the corresponding methodical recommendations developed by Academy of management and approved by Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus;
