About procedure for development and adoption of local legal acts on labor protection

Based on the paragraph of the eighth of part two of Article 9 and part two of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2008 "About labor protection" the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 356-Z

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for development and acceptance by employers of the local legal acts containing requirements for labor protection in the form of instructions for labor protection for professions of working and (or) separate work types (services) it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Belarus on work and social protection of the population of July 14, 1994 No. 82 "About approval of the Procedure for development, approval and approval of instructions for labor protection" (The bulletin of normative legal information, 1994, No. 10).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
