The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

Procedure for carrying out by the State financial inspectorate, its territorial authorities of the state financial audit of separate economic activities which is applied;

the list of subjects of housekeeping concerning which the state financial audit of separate economic activities, according to appendix is booked.

2. Determine that action of Items 1 and 2 of measures for economical and rational use of the budgetary funds provided for content of the public authorities and other state bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 22, 2008 No. 943 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, N 84, the Art. 2816), and the subitem 1 of Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2008 No. 1036 "Some questions of the organization of budget process" (The meeting of Ukraine, 2008, No. 92, of the Art. 3053) does not extend to the State financial inspectorate, its territorial authorities.

3. Determine that transactions on use by territorial authorities of the State committee on land resources and the state companies which treat the sphere of its management, in 2009 means of Stabilization fund for implementation of actions for free registration and issue to citizens of Ukraine of the state acts on the property right to the parcels of land are subject to financial audit of separate economic activities.
