About formation of local and regional industry councils of entrepreneurs

For the purpose of involvement of subjects of business activity to participation in forming of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides implementations of the transparent mechanism of their participation in preparation of drafts of decisions of executive bodies which concern realization of the state regulatory policy:

1. Approve Standard regulations on local and regional industry council of entrepreneurs which are applied.

2. Determine that activities of local and regional industry councils of entrepreneurs are coordinated by Council of entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Make changes which are applied to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. To the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations:

provide education within two months of local industry councils of entrepreneurs in case of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in, public administrations;

form within three months regional industry councils of entrepreneurs under the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations;

provide placement in local mass media, and also on official websites of the relevant public administrations not later, than in 10 calendar days prior to date of organizational meetings concerning forming of structure of the relevant industry councils of entrepreneurs of announcements of day and time of holding such meetings;

provide carrying out within two weeks organizational meetings of local industry councils of entrepreneurs for the purpose of election of chairmen of such councils, their deputies, secretaries and representatives in structure of the relevant regional industry councils of entrepreneurs;
