DECIDES:

1. Approve Methodical instructions for increase in basic unit and recalculation of insurance parts of pensions since July 1, 2009 it (is applied).

2. To general department of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to send this resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to district, city managements of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for management and execution.

3. To provide to chiefs of district, city managements of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- timely recalculation of paid pensions according to "Methodical instructions for increase basic and to recalculation of insurance parts of pension since July 1, 2009", approved by this resolution;

- till July 1, 2009 provision in Inspection department behind pension payment of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic of detailed data on the made recalculation according to appendix.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic Nusupbekov K. Ch.
